Summary: the room was just okay, could have been cleaner. the staff was friendly upon check-in. the bed was terrible and there could have been a chair, other than the kitchen chair, to sit on. made the stay uncomfortable to have to sit on the bed or the hard chair. there were people in the other room arguing in the middle of the night. our room was close to the exit door so we could here the door open and slam everytime someone would go out the door. overall, not a comfortable stay.

Summary: Waited 20 minutes for somebody to come down to check me in. It was clean and a good location. You get two towels even if you have three people in your room. You pay extra for everything including more than two towels.

Summary: The property was clean and the desk clerk was polite.. They are no longer serving breakfast, which was a disappointment. And the room didn't have a coffee maker, which was a second big disappointment. I just wish i would have known ahead of time that they were no longer doing breakfast

Summary: We called to let the hotel know we would be arriving late night. We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in, then another 25 minutes before we were able to get into our room, which gave us 4 hours before we had to be at an event the next morning. The bed was a full size and on a metal frame that squeaked horribly everytime we moved. Very restless night, we will not stay at this franchise again.
